New York Philharmonic

Last night K-Shell and I headed over to the Great Lawn in Central Park to check out the New York Philharmonic's first "Concert in the Parks" concert. We met on the UWS around 5:30 to pick up our provisions of wine, cheese and liverwurst. By 6 we were set up on the lawn playing backgammon, eating and drinking.
At 8 the Phil started playing and they sounded amazing. I knew that I'd do some cool things while in New York and I have to say that at 6 days in, I have not been disappointed!
